Sometimes we find ourselves carrying more baggage than we need to. I want to share with you 4 easy steps to help you release the energies that keep you from enjoying the art that is your life. This is not meant to be an art class and you certainly don’t need any art experience, but I will use the painting practice as a positive approach to let go of emotions or thoughts that aren’t serving you. It’s practical and fun at the same time. So grab a brush and some paint and let’s get started!
As a kid, drawing and art making gave me a way to play and disconnect from any situation that I didn't want to be in. I loved colors and shapes. When it came time to go to college I continued to explore art as my roadmap towards independence. Then reality hit and I had to find a job, so I trained in state-of-the-art computer technology and learned how to communicate with the world online by working as a professional graphic designer for over 3 decades.
Professionally, I have taught art & design at the local community college to hundreds of students. Personally, I enjoy mixed media as a way to express and connect with other art enthusiasts.
Upon completion of a certification program to be a Creatively Fit Coach, I began offering online classes to encourage positive and creative pursuits. My classes are meant to support your inner child who wants to play and your free spirit who wants to experience unlimited possibilities.
